Give your body some weeks or months time before joining such work out schedule. We need to understand that it is always be good to have a consistent work schedule and its intensity should be increased progressively.

3. Listen to your body instead a high volt music

Your body gives you many indications but you need to listen to them carefully and don’t let yourself ignore these indications.
